The location is great for families with children as it's close to Heide Park and an outlet. the rooms are spacious and clean, with a large bathroom and excellent shower. Generous parking is available and the staff was very accommodating.
Some minor details could be improved, such as providing more kitchen equipment or informing guests about basic cleaning requirements before check-in.

Great value for the price! Convenient location near popular attractions and outlet shopping. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even staying late to check us in after a long drive. The rooms were clean and spacious with ample parking available. One particular highlight was the large bathroom and excellent shower, perfect after a long day of exploring.
The kitchen was a bit under equipped and lacked fridge space which made meal prep challenging. Basic cleaning tasks were required, but we were not adequately informed prior to check-in.

The location was great for a Xmas getaway, close to a major theme park and designer outlet. the spacious room was clean and equipped with a comfy bed, wardrobe, and an excellent shower in the bathroom. Generous parking and accommodating staff who let us check-in after arriving late.
The kitchen facilities were lacking, and the fridge could have been bigger. the coldness from the exterior walls resulted in a lack of insulation in some parts of the room;
